Terms & Conditions
Due to current Covid-19 regulations sitting times are limited to 2 hrs duration, drinks packages are available for 1.5hrs from the time of arrival.
All functions, unless arranged prior with management will be seated in our undercover “Pink Prosecco Bar” situated outside in the undercover terrace area with views of the lawn & vineyard.
Basalt wines staff are all trained in the Victoria Liquor licensing course ~Responsible serving of alcohol & retain the right to refuse any guests in line with their training.
Patrons are to pre Book & pay all packages in full prior to arrival, guests will be issued with a stamp by Basalt staff to identify patrons partaking in packages.
Food and drink package minimum 10+ people.
If there are any dietary requirements or allergies that need to be met for your reservation, we ask you please advise this in writing to our staff in advance to ensure this can be appropriately accommodated.
$500 deposit required to secure a booking. Payment of packages paid in full with final numbers are required 7 days prior. No refunds.
12% surcharge on public holidays.
